Grace Kermani, MIT Sloan – ’16
Grace is a Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan, pursuing a full-time, 12 month MBA for experienced executives. She is an MSc International Business & Emerging Markets graduate of the University of Edinburgh, UK and holds a Master of Computer Science from University of Pune, India. Prior to attending MIT, Grace led the Global Innovation Strategy for BT Global Services based out of London, having joined BT in 2011 as part of their prestigious Fast-Track Leadership Programme. Pre-BT, Grace worked in Google UK where she held roles in strategy and product marketing. Grace’s areas of interest are in Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Cities, digital transformation and the Internet economy, particularly in the areas of strategy and growth.

Rathi Bala, Darden – ’16
Rathi is a second year MBA student at UVA’s Darden School of Business. She holds a BS in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to Darden, Rathi worked at a high growth, private equity owned software company, where she designed and executed software implementations for Fortune500 clients. Rathi serves on the leadership board of both Darden’s Marketing Club and Graduate Women in Business Club. She is excited about the intersection of marketing, strategy, and innovation within the consumer tech space.

Divinity Matovu, Wharton – ’17
Divinity is a first year MBA student entrepreneur at Wharton focused on finance and entrepreneurial management. She holds a BA from the University of Southern California. Prior to Wharton, Divinity managed her own consulting firm in Los Angeles, providing strategy and operations assistance to boutique law firms and small businesses. She also spent 4 years living and working in East Africa as co-founder of a non-profit focused on youth development. Her latest venture, MBAMama.com, is an online platform that provides millennial moms with tools and resources to pursue an MBA. Divinity is passionate about start-ups, technology, financial inclusion, women’s empowerment and African affairs. She is a Toigo Foundation Fellow who serves as an Investment Associate with the Wharton Impact Investing Partners. She is also the VP of External Affairs for Wharton’s Africa Student Association.

Wedad Audi, NYU Stern – ’17
Wedad is a first year MBA student at NYU Stern School of Business. Wedad most recently worked as a currency trader in Seattle, Washington. Prior to her trading role, Wedad completed a Professional Development Program at State Street Bank where she held several positions including a business strategy role responsible for the launch of a new division within the bank, and a project implementation role where she coordinated company-wide activities with various business heads to meet strict deadlines. Wedad graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in International Affairs.

Anna Chaldysheva, Chicago Booth – ’17
Anna is a first year MBA student at Chicago Booth. She holds a BS in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University. Prior to Booth, she was a Director of Business Development at a Fintech firm in New York City, and a professional ballroom dance competitor and instructor. She is pursuing an MBA focused on Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management.

Daniel Kiczek, UCLA Anderson – ’17
Daniel is a first year MBA student at the UCLA Anderson School of Management where he is pursuing a global management track. He holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Anderson, Daniel gained extensive experience in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry at Firmenich where he specialized in IT implementation and organizational change management. He will be leveraging his expertise in a summer internship in management consulting.
